    Jeremy Sani heads our ASEAN region with a degree in Business Finance from the Singapore Institute of Management, and brings over 30 years of finance experience to the firm. He has spent his career navigating diverse sectors in renewable energy, hospitality, marketing, public relations and M&A.

    His expertise in cross-border transactions has fostered a robust network of unique contacts across the ASEAN financial community, which includes elite business owners, family offices, corporate leaders, investors, fund managers and other major financial intermediaries.

    David Kuttan brings over nearly two decades of experience in the hotel industry, having expertly managed five-star luxury and boutique hotels as a hotel manager. Raised in a family of artists, he has a unique perspective on design, enriched by his involvement in the family-run art gallery.

    Eric brings 30 years of experience in interior design and construction, working across residential, commercial and specialty projects. His career blends creative design judgment with practical construction knowledge, allowing him to guide work smoothly from concept to completion.

    He has collaborated with architects, engineers, contractors and clients throughout the region, managing budgets, timelines and site operations with a calm and steady hand. His background includes space planning, material selection, project costing and on-site supervision, supported by strong problem-solving and an ability to navigate challenges quickly.
